believes in enhancing the growth of individuals and organizations through capacity building using consulting services. Your organization will have the support of a diverse team of qualified, certified, and degreed individuals who will assist your organization in the following key areas.
Initial Consultation: A 45-minute initial meeting for clients to discuss their organizational needs and desires with a consultant.
Needs Assessment: An assessment that consists of collecting information from key informant, rates-under-treatment, and social indicators to estimate the extent of demand for a particular service or program.
Business Plan: A comprehensive planning document which clearly describes the business developmental objective of an existing or proposed business. The plan outlines what and how and from where the resources needed to accomplish the objective will be obtained and utilized.
Policy & Procedures: Forms indicating the ground rules of how you want your agency designed and managed.
State Documentation: Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Corporate Charter, and Taxation Exemption Letter.
Internal Revenue Services Assistance: Federal Identification Number, DUNS Number, and Form 1023 (Non-Profit Exemption Application).
Medicaid Billing: Understanding the billing process, registering, coding, and billing and rebilling claims in form 1500.
Email & Website: Recommendations on programs that allow you to create and manage your agencies marketing connection to the world.
Management Information System: Recommendations on the best MIS software to manage your organization finances, programs and services.
Strategic Planning: Individuals and organizations will be taught the strategic planning process and guided through the steps to orchestrate a tangible plan.
Fundraising & Grant Writing: Tools, networks and resources used to design a financially stable program.
Human Resource Development: Recommendations will be generated after complete an assessment on the following areas: Organizational Culture, Leadership, Hiring Process, Creating a Learning Organization,Teamwork, etc.
Services & Fees A client can request the number of hours of assistance they will needed for a day, week or a month.
Initial Consultation: FREE (45-minute initial meeting conducted in-person or over the phone).
Indirect Consulting: $90.00 an hour includes (hourly rate, correspondence fee, office materials, transportation).
Monthly Retainer: $3,200.00 a month includes (40 hours of consulting services to be used at the discretion of the client).
Out of State Consulting: $150.00 an hour includes (hourly rate, correspondence fee, office materials). Gas, Airfare, Transportation, and per diem (3 meals a day each at $15.00) are paid at the expense of the client.
