About Us

On June 10, 2005, Giddens & Associates -dba- Unity Village was incorporated with the State of Nevada as an official corporation. The vision of Unity Village is “To create a village of homes and community programs that support youth and young adults on several levels, by providing an abundance of lifelong guidance.” On November 8, 2006, Unity Village was declared by the IRS as an official 501 (C) 3, non-profit program for at-risk youth.

Unity Village was created by the Giddens Family in 2005 and developed into a 501 (C) 3 non-profit charitable corporation to address the many issues affecting the at-risk youth population in Las Vegas, Nevada. In November 2006, the Giddens family was blessed to purchase and furnish it’s first property to provide residential care to children in the foster care system.
